Who operates FinishUI

FinishUI is operated by Zarif Ahmed, a Texas sole proprietor. FinishUI application data is not shared with unrelated businesses.

What we collect

For the founding scan, we may collect your work email, role, one buyer-authorized public HTTPS route, optional notes about the visible UI, authorization and consent records, timestamps, attribution fields, and limited security records.

Before you allow analytics, FinishUI does not load Google Analytics or send it page or event data. If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive a sanitized page path and title, the referring site's origin, limited browser and device information, the four reviewed campaign labels utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content, and non-identifying funnel events such as a scan start or completed request. FinishUI does not intentionally send form-entered email addresses, submitted routes, notes, payment data, or arbitrary URL query strings to Google Analytics.

A first-party session record preserves the first reviewed campaign labels while you move between FinishUI pages. A separate first-party record stores only your analytics choice, policy version, and timestamp.

Do not submit source code, repository access, passwords, secrets, private links, customer data, employer-confidential information, or payment details through the scan form.

Why we use it

• Review whether the public route fits the founding scan.
• Prepare and deliver the requested scan.
• Contact you about the request or a separately scoped paid cleanup.
• Protect the form from abuse and measure source-attributed funnel activity.

FinishUI does not sell application data or use it to market unrelated businesses.

Service providers

FinishUI uses Vercel for hosting and request handling, Supabase for limited application records and first-party conversion records, Resend for transactional email, and, only after analytics permission, Google Analytics for page, source, and funnel measurement. Advertising storage, Google Signals, advertising personalization, and remarketing remain disabled. Google may process permitted analytics information in the United States or other locations under its applicable terms, as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. A hosted payment provider such as Stripe or Square may process payment only after a separate paid engagement is accepted. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

The first-party campaign record lasts only for the current browser session. Your analytics choice is remembered for up to 180 days, then FinishUI asks again. Permitted analytics data is kept only as long as needed for attribution and product improvement under the configured Google Analytics controls; aggregated reports may remain available longer. Declined or inactive scan applications are deleted or de-identified within 90 days unless a shorter deletion request applies or a longer period is required for security, dispute, tax, or legal records. Accepted customer records follow the signed service agreement and applicable accounting requirements.

To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@finishui.com. We may verify that the request came from the same email used for the application.

Security and your choices

You can choose No thanks without losing site or form functionality. Use the Analytics preferences control on any measured public page to allow or withdraw analytics later. Withdrawal stops future FinishUI analytics events and attempts to remove FinishUI-set Google Analytics cookies. Scan-form and email consent are separate from analytics permission.

We limit collection and keep service credentials off the public website, but no online system is risk free. You may choose not to submit the form and may ask questions before sharing a public route. FinishUI is intended for adult business users.
