FinishUI / Terms

Website Terms

These terms cover the public FinishUI website, resources, synthetic demonstrations, and free scan application. Paid work requires a separate written service agreement.

Effective July 15, 2026

01

Operator and acceptance

The website is operated by Zarif Ahmed, a Texas sole proprietor. By using the site, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a scan request.

02

Authorized public routes only

You may submit only a public HTTPS route that you own or are authorized to request for UI review. Do not submit private systems, confidential information, credentials, customer data, or content that violates another person's rights.

03

Educational and synthetic material

Guides and demonstrations are general information, not legal, security, accessibility, or compliance advice. Synthetic examples are labeled and are not customer results. Automated accessibility baseline checks are not an audit, certification, or conformance opinion.

04

No outcome guarantee

FinishUI does not guarantee client approval, conversion, revenue, accessibility compliance, security, permanent prevention of future UI drift, or that a scan will lead to a paid engagement.

05

Paid services are separate

A scan application is free and does not create a service engagement. Paid work begins only after FinishUI accepts the project and both parties accept a separate written scope covering screens, prerequisites, delivery, corrections, source handling, fees, taxes, cancellation, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability.

06

Site ownership and acceptable use

FinishUI owns the site design, brand, original copy, and synthetic demonstration materials unless stated otherwise. You may use published guides for your own work, but may not copy the site, misrepresent its evidence, disrupt the service, bypass controls, or use the form for spam or automated abuse.

07

Changes and contact

We may update the site and these terms. Questions can be sent to support@finishui.com. Texas law applies to these website terms without deciding the venue or dispute terms of a future paid agreement.
